The double concentrate gives extra color, flavor, and texture to dishes. It is especially suitable for dishes needing very long cooking times such as ragùs, stews and one-pot wonders. It is also ideal for short cooking time meals such as when preparing a sauce à la volée for pasta or sauces, and for side sauces. For 1 kg of Double Concentrate you need 5.5 kg of fresh tomatoes.
