The vines for this organic Rose are purposely planted high up on the mountainside at Quinta do Sibio On the Alijó plateau, a terroir known for its mild climate, fresh breezes and richer soils, where Touriga Nacional finds an excelent ripening point in order to preserve its acidity, as well as its fresh and aromatic character. Only 5,600 bottles produced annually.

Grapes: Touriga Nacional (80%), Touriga Franca (20%)
Aging: 6 months in stainless steel vats before bottling
Tasting Notes: The wine has a light salmon pink colour. On the nose it is complexed with floral and notes of red berries. On the palate, it is full of fruity flavours, but at the same time multifaceted and with good volume, finishing the tasting with a lively acidity that gives it a balanced flavour that is full of character.
